I'm very happy that I chose Luna Simone Hotel. The owners and staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for access to Victoria Station and sightseeing. I plan to book this hotel again.

Staff I believe are the owners. They serve breakfast every morning. They are very hospitable, friendly and nice. They get to know you and they tell their stories too. They treat you like friends or family. They give you everything you need. The only problem I had was the room was hot but before I booked I knew that there was no air conditioning. I just didn’t expect that it will be that hot even if there was a fan and it is fall season already.
