"The house and neighborhood are beautiful. The walk to the beach is short. However, the house is not well maintained by the management company. The air conditioning system and fridge were not working well. Also, the master bathroom had mold. No amenities like trash bags "

"Lots of space for our family, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. Private pool was a bit disappointing due to maintenance issues…water was clear but frequent skimming was required to clear bugs and leaves/debris from water surface because filter wasn’t working properly. Maintenance responded quickly, but unfortunately the problem wasn’t resolved."
