"The facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny. Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. "

She was very helpful by calling Orbitz to correct the error and getting us into a room with my elderly father suffering from dementia and was having a sundowners moment.
