The staff was excellent our only negative occurred when a previous guest broke a bottle in the outdoor swimming pool, thus the pool was closed during our stay. Swimming in the outdoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at the Elms.

The bartender and entire pool staff was amazing. The spa services were excellent. The property was in fantastic condition—landscaping and florals were gorgeous. I do think the rooms are due for a little upgrade as far as carpet and curtains and bedding. Overall our stay was perfect.

Room only cleaned one time in four night stay Set up facial with a particular person but was given someone else who I didn’t think was as good Booked waterfall massage but water was used very little in comparison to the last one I had in July. It’s a pricey service and I was disappointed Room had ants Kid throwing ball in pool solashing all around not conducive for a relaxing spa experience

We've stayed at The Elms a few times over the years and it never disappoints. Beautiful historic property. The grounds are pretty. The rooms are comfortable. Spa services are fantastic. Staff is helpful. Eat off property though and explore the town. Service in the restaurants has not been great for awhile.

A lovely historic hotel. The Spa was top notch. The 3 Owls restaurant was phenomenal. And the desk staff were friendly, quick, & knowledgeable. The Ghost tour is a lovely bit of local color. I would recommend ppl opt to stay here rather than KC.
