"Great stay however, rooms are dated and the bathrooms really need attention. Lovely views from the room. Outside of hotel could do with a lick of paint and just general tidy up of skirting boards and flooring inside. Pool was lovely but could do with a few more sun-beds on busier days. Drinks at bar were good and reasonable. The food options for lunch were expensive and not any choices for light lunch or snack. The breakfast continental side was good but the food options were awful. The Bacon was under cooked, sausages looked odd and the baked beans tasteless. A positive lovely part of the stay was receiving a lovely birthday surprise of cava and cake in the room as we was away for are Birthday. The hotel had good potential and hopefully over time it will get some updates."

"The room was beautiful, very clean. Bed comfortable and a good amount of furniture for seating and relaxing. Lovely Rituals products in the bathroom. Hand wash and hand cream at the sink and shower gel, shampoo and a separate conditioner in the shower. Shower was super - rainfall and spray option with great pressure. I had an accident when staying in the hotel. My husband dropped a glass, causing a significant wound in my leg. The hotel staff sprang into action. The manager - Fernando - was straight onto an ambulance and was at our room door in seconds along with a female member of staff who made sure I was comfortable. The life guard also came to help in any way that he could. I could not fault the after care either. It was first class. Fernando kept in touch with my husband during our stay in hospital, always asking how I was. After my surgery he was keen to meet us and find out how he could help. The pool area was lovely with food facilities. Lots of options for sitting, towels provided and lifeguard always on duty. We ate in the restaurant and the food was beautiful. Despite the ending to our holiday - nothing to do with the hotel - I would recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay there again."
