"Just back today from a 3 night stay. Great hotel, 7 mins from Plaza dEspana and all the shops. The rooftop bar and pool,sunbathing area was fab. Staff super friendly. Room basic but clean/funtional. Would defo recommend. Only thing we missed was only mirror in bathroom. One in hallway too far away from the plugs so a mirror on the desk would be ideal. "

"Gorgeous hotel in a great, central location. There's several pools and the one on the top floor/sky bar has the most beautiful views. The rooms have everything you need, including a good, powerful, spacious shower, well lit bathroom (ladies, we know how rare this is!), a comfortable bed and cushions. Again, a beautiful view over the pool and Cathedral. Breakfast had everything you wanted too. I may have had a bellini one morning! All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again. "

"Loved the hotel and where it’s situated. The views from our hotel room on the 9th floor was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend all inclusive when booking the hotel. Supermarket on the lower ground floor has everything you need. The amenities and customer services are 👌 10/10. The staff are always friendly and helpful and can accommodate requests. You can also walk to the beach from the hotel. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely come back. "
