"We spent 2 nights and loved that the quiet street was just a 5 min walk to the bustling Old Town. Very walkable to sights, restaurants, cafe's, shops. We even walked 25 min to the beach one day and rented chaises and had lunch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Room was lovely. "

"Beautiful hotel, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Breakfast Buffett was ok (coffee was great) room was nice but not the best to share with a friend - we ended up booking a 2nd room. Very friendly staff. I wasn’t a fan of the strong smell-good smell in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again for sure. "

"A hidden gem in the heart of Palma. A unique hotel perfectly situated to nearby shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to main areas of the old town. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Fantastic bar with great vibes and cocktails. Would have no hesiatation in giving it a 10/10. "

"I can’t rate this hotel high enough. Hotel itself is beautifully presented, very clean, lots of attention to detail. There is a blend of old walls and tiles with new clean lines. Decor is very tasteful with a lovely blend of muted colours and gives a tranquil, oasis like vibe. There is a small roof top pool which is fantastic in the old town and allows downtime afternoons spent lounging. The staff are lovely, and cannot do enough for their guests, with complimentary welcome drinks and more offered. They are clearly proud of their hotel and they should be. A special mention to Christian who simply is a treasure. The location is central old town with all Pallma’s charm. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Basilica and we will be back. "
