"We booked throug Expedia. Staff were attentive. Room was clean but we had some problems with the lighting. We brought to the staff attention and they fixed it. Walls are very thin and lots of street noise after 11pm. Hotel is close to Old town and great restaurants. Very walkable location. "

"We absolutely love the Hotel Basílica in Palma de Mallorca. The hotel is elegant and stylish and conveniently located in the heart of old downtown. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. There is a sunbathing pool on the rooftop. We come back here every year. "

"Great staff If you are driving in the last half mile to get to the parking is confusing We finally parked and walked in Then figured out how to get the car to the very close parking garage Apple Maps was not our friend! Very convient to everything we wanted to do and see in Palma if you open the windows to cool off the room it can get noisy Other than that we slept great and enjoying a short walk to where we wanted to go "

"Absolutely amazing! Stunning hotel and perfect service! My only niggle is that we booked 2 rooms and paid the same price for both however rooms were on different floors. One of level 5 with a beautiful view, could even see the cathedral however the other was on level 4 with a view of only a wall. Which was disappointing but did not affect our trip. Would definitely return"

"Excellent is not even the word. Immaculate maybe? This place is a slice of heaven. I would give 6 stars if possible! Here’s why … from the moment I was greeted at the grand entrance, my bags were taken to my room and they arrived before me, strategically placed comfortably for my convenience. Greeted with a refreshment, the check in process was a breeze. The service is personalized and the front desk staff will give you a tour of the property and will explain the lay of the land of Mallorca. The restaurant NOI is so delicious I’ll spend too much time typing how delighted I was with the service and the food. The breakfast is so good with a buffet style and you can order eggs any style and omelets. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable with great pillows. The spa is amazing, specially when you come back from walking the town all day. The property itself sits on a old Muslim monastery so you can only imagine how instagramable the place is. Every corner is a perfect photo op and the muted colors of beige in different hues, make it so incredibly romantic. There are several churches around the property and the narrowest streets take your straight into the heart of Mallorca. They can organize tours, taxis and Uber’s are super easy and accessible. The Nobis hotel is a win win win. I don’t have 1 negative comment to say. This never happens as I’m so particular. Enjoy this lovely town and fantabulous hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"A fantastic hotel run by the nicest staff from the front desk to breakfast staff to house staff. Great location too. The front desk staff in particular were who we spoke with most - Angela, Enrique, May - clearly very professional at their job but equally the nicest people and very informative - anything you want to ask about Palma/attractions etc - they know or can find out. "
