This hotel was a dream to stay at. The hotel itself was beautiful and in the most perfect location. It was close to all the best restaurants and shops. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was 10/10 with a lot of options and the restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious.

What a trip!

Such an amazing stay at this hotel! And the bed was sooo comfy… Every member of staff was helpful and very lovely with big smiles always. The pool area was stunning and all the food and drinks we had were very tasty. Very artsy decor and super clean. We would be blessed to return!

Stunning hotel in the heart of Palma

This is my second time staying at the hotel in the past 6 months and had another incredible experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Palma. The staff, location, building, and food are all top notch! I look forward to my next stay!

Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. It's also in a wonderful location - easily walkable to all the sites. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and will be looking to stay again in the near future.

A real gem!

Fabulous stay for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town and is beautifully designed. The breakfast was great and we had dinner at the hotel too which was excellent. The pool and terrace are perfect for a spot of sunbathing or just chilling out. Reception staff were very helpful with booking restaurants and all the staff were very professional but friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. My husband had a massage here and said it was the best ever!

Truly amazing

Truly amazing stay! Love the design and concept. Staff is incredibly friendly. The room was beautiful and clean. Byredo products & steamer in the room. Breakfast was to die for, quality over quantity. Buffet included variety of bread, croissants, pancakes, fresh fruit etc. Eggs were made to order. Pool area was super nice. Our new favourite hotel for sure!

Great location but rooms could be better

Hotel location was excellent. Staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The pool deck was wonderful and the restaurant breakfast very nice. The only complaint I had was the room. It was generally small with no storage for clothes except for a small closet with 3 hangers. No drawers, no storage shelves and nowhere to leave your luggage. With nowhere to keep even the most basic essentials we were forced to keep everything in our luggage and the luggage was constantly in the way.

A beautiful property with lovely staff. Great location on a quiet side street for walking everywhere. In house bar and restaurant were lovely. However Tue menu only changes weekly so could be restricted if you stay for long. That said all of Palma many, many restaurants are in walking distance. From the Catalina district to the old town no where isore than 15 mins walk. The rooms are very clean,work beautifully. A little compact but you won't spend much time in here. The staff were all so friendly and a delight. The whole property has been renovated with a great deal of style and class.

Beautiful hotel in Palma

Wonderful small hotel with luxurious feeling. Breakfast great with al carte menu for warm drinks and warm food. Beautiful interior. Cleaning of room excellent including evening bed time service (they come and prepare your room for the night). Food in the hotel restaurant was great but a bit expensive. Staff is really professional and all look and act amazing. Drinking water provided in the room every day. Pool was not heated (february) but the area was amazing and sunny. Great place to read your book and soak in the sun. Location: 10 min walk to the Cathedral, nice area around. 10 min taxi to the big shopping mall. The only negative was the size of the gym. With two people present it was one too many. Large changing rooms should maybe be remodelled to a bigger gym.

The property is beautiful, and all staff are incredible and above and beyond. It’s a modern and trendy hotel with all the amenities you need - robes and slippers, pool + beach towels, spa services, toiletries, wonderful breakfast, and very attentive service. We had an attic room which was spacious and comfortable. The area is safe and walkable, one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here!

Staff are so lovely here! Pool area is an oasis. The fixtures in the room are a little cheaper than usual hotels of this level and have grown worn and tired. The bed wasn't the most comfortable as a mattress topper was used but fine for those not used to a harder mattress. The breakfast and coffee is great. The products given in the bathroom are superb. Great position with authentic and local (not tourists) eateries and coffee shops nearby. Found this a huge bonus.
