"Avoid at all costs! The house was unlivable throughout our stay of ca one week. There is a long ongoing full-blowout construction work of the second half of the building (two ”apparments”). They work all day for six days a week and the noice level is for most of the day 93 db, that is too loud to speak to each other, hear your own thoughts and obviously to put children to sleep. Novasol are not bothered. Secondly the house is located 1 m from the railway. Traffic is intense including freight...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, antiquarisches und modernes gut kombiniert. Sehr geräumig und hell. Super zentrale Lage, Zentrum, Strand und Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einziges Manko ist der direkt davor liegende Bahnhof, die Züge rattern quasi durchs vordere Schlafzimmer."

Cependant, nous avons été très déçus car l'environnement est très bruyant. Recco est traversé par la voie de chemin de fer, les trains passent très souvent , y compris la nuit et c'est une vraie nuisance. "Amazing location just far enough from the tourist center but easy walk to it. Also with easy access to a private, scenic beach. Our second time staying there and would definitely return but wouldn’t recommend dining there."

"Excellent location and wonderful staff Breakfast is decent with good options Parking with the hotel made life so much easier and highly recommended Only one thing to be aware of is that noise insulation is not terribly good so you can hear your neighbours and the street noise but it did not bother us Thank you to the reception staff for a very friendly and warm welcome throughout our stay "

"Faultless experience! This beautiful hotel has the best views of Santa Margherita and Portfino. Our suite with balcony and sea views was spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and a separate sitting room. The staff were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was stunning. For 4 days in May 2025 it felt like a fairytale in a palace. "

Great Hotel

"We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool. We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service. From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer. The late night music on the veranda was a bit disturbing. "

"Staff at front desk is super friendly. Room was very nice size. Loved the shower and the size of it compared to other hotels on our travels. Loved we were located right next to the castle but unfortunately it was closed for renovations. Also close to the train station and we took a nice walk along the water and over to Santa Margherita for shopping and dinner. "

"Great hotel based right near Portofino. Staff very friendly and helpful. They let us park the car in their car park to explore before we checked in. Recommend ferry to Portofino (hotel ideally based a few minutes walk to jetty). We walked back the 5km which is a beautiful route but a long way! Beautiful hotel with lovely looking facilities - we wished we were staying longer than one night."
