"Our stay at the resort was made truly exceptional because of the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Dhen Carl Noval who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment of our stay. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and passionate about providing excellent service. Because of them, our vacation became even more relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back."

"My only complaint is that there was a party on the second floor that migrated to the third. My friend had to go out in the hall and ask the partiers to keep it quiet. When we checked out, I told the manager about it. She was understanding but noted that that other group had a reservation, too. I reminded the manager that other guests have to respect their neighbors who may be trying to sleep. She said that she would make a not of it. While the manager was pleasant enough and seemed concerned, I don’t think that she understood the gravity of my concern."

"I didn’t like space for the toilet seat as it was tiny and I need space for my legs to be comfortably seated while I clean myself. The water pressure of the shower wasn’t normal. It felt like a trickle and it took so long for me to rinse off. Sleeping on the bed was not the best experience because I was scratching my leg area the whole night. I couldn’t be sure if it was caused by dust or insects."
