"Wir haben das Haus, wie beschrieben angetroffen. Es liegt ruhig und doch nicht weit vom nächsten Ort. Ein besonderes Highlight war der grosse Pool mit sehr guter Wasserqualität ( wenig Chlor). Die Kücheneinrichtung ist ein wenig spartanisch, aber das Wichtigste ist vorhanden. Nur die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr klein und langsam. Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Ein Ventilator im oberen Stock wäre sicher gut, da es sehr heiss dort ist. Es waren wunderschöne Ferientage."

"Pros: You can feel that Judy, the owner of the villa, lives there herself. It's designed and decorated with a lot of thought and you have everything that you need. From a modern washing machine, to all types of kitchen utensils, Netflix access, etc.. It feels like a true holiday home. The location is perfect. "Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus...

"Felt very private and located 10mins walk from the town beach and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood with easy parking and dramatic backdrop of mountains. Lovely property and pool was a huge bonus. Air conditioning in main room and fans in bedrooms made it comfortable. Well equipped kitchen."
