"Rooms were immaculate and cleaning staff worked very hard. Breakfast was ok. Considering the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, meaning that gusts may choose to stay and utilise the bar, I would have thought that keeping the bar staffed would be a priority? Sadly not! Had to repeatedly ask for some e to serve our group of 6 people. Ended up just leaving due to the wait one night. When we complained, we got shouted at! Pool area and corridors had a drain smell but luckily this didn’t extend to the rooms. Overall, good for a quick stop over - but that’s all! "

"Beautiful spaces, the rooms are spacious and very clean with a touch of history (in a classy way). Breakfast is great. Personnel is very courteous and attentive. Fully recommended."
