Sou hóspede assíduo. É o melhor de Rio Claro , Bom hotel. Limpo e espaçoso. A melhorar o café da manhã oferece pca variedade de frutas e nao tem nada sob demanda, tapioca, omelete…. Check in e out normalmente congestionados com 1 atendente somente. Acústica pode melhorar pois ouvimos sempre os vizinhos. Sempre uma luta com o controle remoto da TV para funcionar

Na Recepção, tanto no check in como no check out foram rápidos e eficazes. Os atendentes são atenciosos e super educados. Restaurante amplo e aconchegante, ótimo Café da manhã com produtos de qualidade, no jantar existe uma variada gama de opções com preços competitivos, funcionários atenciosos, educados e solícitos. Acessibilidade para todas as pessoas. Quarto é amplo, climatizado, limpo e moderno. Existe cofre, frigobar e mesa de serviço. Banheiro Limpo, cheiroso, contendo tudo para um excelente banho. Tem estacionamento coberto e descoberto gratuito. O Hotel ainda conta com Academia, piscina descoberta, SPA, salas de reuniões e eventos (1° Andar). Conforto e qualidade

Hotel super confortável, café da manhã com várias opções de alimentos, bem servido, ambiente agradável, quartos limpos e amplos. A academia possui equipamentos novos, todos em excelente condições de uso. O atendente do turno da noite foi muito solícito, atencioso e educado. Recomendo esse hotel para todos que optam pelo conforto e comodidade. Há um supermercado na esquina para quem precisar.
