A experiência com o checkin foi ruim, pois me deram um quarto desarrumado e sujo, e eu precisei descer para solicitar a troca. Após a correção do incidente, a experiência foi razoável, mas mesmo assim a limpeza do quarto precisa de mais atenção, principalmente nos banheiros, mesmo no quarto certo, que estava limpo e arrumado, haviam cabelos no chão do banheiro.

Fraco para o padrão

O quarto em si é confortável, bem ok principalmente para estadias curtas e viagens a negócios, semelhante ao padrão ibis. Entretanto, considero que minha estadia no geral foi mais negativa do que positiva: primeiro, o café da manhã era extremamente fraco, a variedade bem aquém de outros hotéis, inclusive de estabelecimentos mais simples; segundo, uma água custava R$15,00, claramente superfaturada, pois a média para hotéis até melhores que este é de no máximo R$10,00; terceiro e último ponto, o papel higiênico do meu quarto acabou no meio da minha estadia (de apenas uma noite) então tive que usar o banheiro do lobby.
