We enjoyed our stay at the Villa, with a few caveats. First of all, I must say how exceptional the staff is. Extremely kind and helpful. The property itself is very well set up and well maintained. It is quite compact, with lots to do in a rather small space. The only thing we were disappointed about was the lack of dining options. There is no food at all at the property, not even breakfast or vending machines. The area around the hotel is not very walkable at all (no sidewalks, fast traffic) and there's only one restaurant within walking distance. You'd think that's ok for a couple of days, but after finding 4 dead flies in the food there (always left open with lots of bugs flying around), we could not go back. So the only option left would have been to order food, but we could not sign up to the local food delivery apps, since they required a working brazilian phone number, which we didn't have. And there's no Uber Eats in Brazil. All in all, the place itself is good, but you have to come with a car or with iFood pre-installed on your phone, and either way, you won't be able to eat only delivered food for too many days in a row. It's a shame they don't provide at least breakfast!

O hotel temum custo beneficio bom, nosso quarto estava limpinho, roupa de cama e banho estavam limpas tambem. Atendimento foi otimo pelo whatsapp. O hotel é lindo, tem uma estrutura otima, entretanto, melhoraria na limpeza das areas comuns. Folhas das arvores e plantas caidas nas areas sociais deu uma sensacao de abandono. Alem disso, ter uma pessoa limpando constantemente a cozinha comunitaria, assim como os locais de uso coletivo constantemente seria bom.

Foi muito boa, porém, não para negócios, visto que não tem café da manhã e nenhuma alimentação. Ótimo para passar com a família pela infraestrutura que tem de lazer. Atendimento eh excelente!!! Desde de o anfitrião e todos os colaboradores , sempre muito solícitos.

Atendimento do Felipe foi sensacional, muito gente fina! Super 10! Local muito aconchegante, quadra poliesportiva muito boa, com várias bolas disponíveis de basquete, voley, futebol, tênis, peteca, aro de basquete com rede, gol com rede, muito bem cuidado. A piscina é muito boa possui espreguiçadeiras, varias bóias de piscina, toboágua e até um garrafão com cesta de basquete para jogar dentro da piscina. A cozinha é muito bem equipada, possui filtro de agua, geladeiras, freezers, fogao, forno, microondas, louças, panelas, caldeirão.
