Ótimo hotel

Hotel muito bom, quarto limpo, cama confortável e café da manhã delicioso. Gostei dele ser Pet friendly. Tive um imprevisto e a equipe do hotel me ajudou muito.

Gostei do fato de terem permitido entrada mais cedo e saída mais tarde, todavia achei um pouco sem sentido a parte do café da manhã, visto que eu e minha mãe entramos antes das 10h (horário de término) e quando estava próximo desse horário disseram que o buffet iria fechar, sendo que deveria fechar para quem chegar depois das 10h, ou seja, quem chegasse antes das 10h, que é o nosso caso, não deveríamos ser apressados. Fora isso, excelente.-

O hotel é localizado em uma rua barulhenta e possui paredes que parecem ser feitas de cartolina - você escuta tudo que esta acontecendo. Não consegui dormir um dia, especialmente porque o sonho do vizinho de quarto era ser um canário e passava a manhã assobiando. Fora isto, as camareiras ficam falando no corredor e gritando.

Hotel razoável que pode melhorar

O quarto apresentou diversos problemas com fechadura que não abria, janela que não fechava e pisos com marcas de muito uso, ou seja, manutenção ruim. Café da manhã básico com demora na reposição dos produtos que acabavam. Comparando com o Intercity Pindamonhangaba que nos hospedamos mês passado, o de Vinhedo está muito atrás.

Os funcionários do hotel são foram muito atenciosos, tem a vantagem de oferecer restaurante no local, que achei bem conveniente com um preço que pra mim foi ok, até porque o hotel fica um afastado da cidade, ficando no meio do distrito industrial, o que me faz pensar que o hotel é mais para atender pessoas viajando a trabalho. Reservei 2 quartos, eram bem confortáveis, com algumas observações: no quarto que eu fiquei o puxador da janela estava bem frouxo o que me deixou com receio de abrir a janela, no outro quarto o secador funcionava por cerca de 20 a 30 segundos e depois parava e as luzes da cabeceira não estavam funcionando, como foi apenas uma diária, não foi algo preocupante, provavelmente se tivesse ficado mais dias, teria acionado os funcionários do hotel e acredito que teriam resolvido. O café da manhã estava ok, mas eu particularmente senti falta de mais opções doces. Enfim foi um bom custo x benefício, com a ressalva que é necessário estar de carro, principalmente para ir aos parques e ao outlet, com o custo extra dos estacionamentos de cada lugar. Provavelmente voltaria a me hospedar em uma nova oportunidade.

Experiência negativa

Fiquei no Ap 228 e foi complicado, piso solto e quebrado, telefone para recepção e roomservice não funciona, chuveiro principal desativado, apenas uma ducha disponível. Pessoal da cozinha um pouco desatento, para servir o feijão e salada precisa pedir mais de uma vez. Uma pena, pois o local é de fácil acesso, a estrutura em geral é boa, mas precisa melhorar no cuidado da mantenção.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e localização, mas alguns pontos deixaram a desejar durante a nossa estadia. A limpeza do quarto e substituição das roupas de cama/toalhas poderiam ser mais cuidadosa e o isolamento acústico é bastante falho (qualquer passo, conversa nos corredores ou barulho vindo de outros quartos era facilmente audível, o que comprometeu nosso descanso). Também fomos acordados por um funcionário para conferência do frigobar, o que consideramos inadequado. Por fim, o café da manhã foi bastante simples e com pouca variedade, especialmente se considerarmos o valor pago pela hospedagem. Acredito que, com alguns ajustes, a experiência poderia ser muito melhor

As únicas pontualidades foram, o quarto tinha baratas e a opção de jantar eram três, bife, filé de frango e salada. Por se trataram de um lugar longe da cidade poderiam ter mais opções. Quanto as baratas acredito que uma dedetização resolveria.

Razoável. Staff muito solicito e café da manhã bom, entretanto os quartos estão precisando de manutenção, são bastante antigos. As camas são muito duras e travesseiros desconfortáveis. Notei também que o cobertor no quarto estava amassado no armário e com cheiro forte. Provavelmente foi utilizado por outros hóspedes. Recomendo como última opção, pelo valor é possível conseguir opções melhores na região.
