Passamos, eu e minha esposa, 5 noites incríveis, celebrando nossos 25 anos de união. A equipe do hotel é super atenciosa. Muito bem treinados, educados e qualificados naquilo que prestam serviço. Ambientes limpos e preocupados em atender a necessidade do hóspede. Apenas algumas sugestões: seria bacana no banheiro tem um pequeno varal para roupas molhadas; O Sr Oscar poderia recepcionar as pessoas no restaurante, seria bem legal; Apenas de 1 lado tinha criado, seria bacana ter nos dois lados;

Muito bom, mas com restrições!

Boa estadia em vários itens da pesquisa. Acrescentaria apenas uma crítica em relação ao SPA, pois é uma área maravilhosa, com excelentes saunas (seca e úmida), além das jacuzis e piscinas aquecidas, tudo num espaço cuidadosamente decorado, até aqui, vale esse spoiler, porém, apesar de terem horários diferentes para o acesso de adultos com crianças, esses horários não são respeitados e os funcionários do spa, não fazem nada para manter a regra e quem vai ao SPA em busca de um momento de tranquilidade, meditação e silêncio, esquece, pois foi impossível! E para finalizar, os preços das bebidas é bem salgado em relação a outros hotéis nessa categoria.

Achei o hotel um pouco velho, com cheiro de velho (em uns ambientes mais do que no outro). Quarto simples e um pouco feio, banheiro mais feio ainda, precisando de renovação... Cama extremamente desconfortável, de acordar com dor nas costas. As tomadas são do modelo antigo e das três que tinham no quarto só uma carregava.... Café da manhã, almoço e jantar bem simples e poucas opções de sobremesa e nada muito bom tb, tudo muito artificial, enlatados... A piscina é realmente muito boa, a única parte que vale a pena no hotel.

Lugar muito agradável porém nosso quarto estava com um cheiro forte de mofo e a cama que estava descrita como de casal na verdade eram duas de solteiro juntas o que foi muito desconfortável, o colchão e o travesseiro eram muito moles o que me deixou a noite toda acordada. A comida era maravilhosa mas não era incluso as bebidas nem um copo da água podíamos pegar... Mas o restante foi muito gostoso.

Excelente para descansar com a família

Hotel muito bem estruturado, difícil encontrar motivos para reclamar. Quartos amplos e bem confortáveis. Alimentação deliciosa em todas refeições. Tem uma piscina linda mas não pudemos entrar porque a água estava muito gelada, mas parece que o hotel tem planos de colocar aquecimento, mas as piscinas aquecidas do SPA substitui com louvor, são várias com hidro e aquecidas, dá para dar uma boa relaxada. A área verde do hotel também é ótima para uma caminhada. E tem briquedoteca para as crianças. Além de tudo tem uma academia excelente inclusive com professor orientando. Realmente superou nossas expectativas, com certeza voltaremos!
