Experiência muito ruim!

A propriedade foi alugada para dois hóspedes ao mesmo tempo, então o sr. Laércio nos levou para outra chácara que conseguiu às pressas sem nada de atritara funcionando. Banheiro entupido (na original 3 e nessa dois), sem Tv, sem internet e muito mais distante do que o prometido. Compramos uma coisa e recebemos outra. Fomos enganados!

Proprietário muito solícito e educado. Propriedade com muito potencial, porém sem manutenção. Apesar da taxa de limpeza a propriedade estava suja. As fotos precisam ser atualizadas, como está senti que a propaganda foi enganosa! Valeu pela natureza ao redor.

Bom lugar para se isolar e aproveitar com os amigos!

A chácara é localizada numa estrada de terra, mas de trajeto curto e que não dá nenhum desafio para carros baixos. Ao redor é cheio de pesqueiros! A chácara é bem completa e ampla. A cozinha tem praticamente tudo que uma pessoa possa precisar, nem precisava eu ter socado os porta malas. O Laércio é muito atencioso e foi lá para limpar a piscina pra gente, embora ninguém tivesse coragem de entrar pelo frio hahahah. Um dos quartos possui ar condicionado, que foi útil porque ele também esquenta! Não tivemos problemas com geladeiras, havia duas em bom estado, o mesmo para o fogão. Há muito verde na chácara, com laranjeiras e pé de limão cravo. Há muitos colchões, cadeiras e mesas disponíveis Recomendado

Adorei a casa. Levei meus 4 cachorros e ficamos muito à vontade. A chácara é imensa, tudo limpinho, ótima piscina e o Laércio foi muito atencioso. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
