"It was a nice apartment with nice features like washer, fully stocked kitchen, and A/C units. The place is located in a great location with access to docks, highway, or town. The apartment does need a deep cleaning as there was dust and crumbs on the floor. I also recommend fixing the existing sofa that is broken to actually sleep 6 people as advertised. An instruction book for reference would also be useful for those staying, to minimize questions (for example: garbage location). The beds also...

"Nearby market and restaurants are excellent. Property is in desperate need of repair. Damp in walls causing flaking paint and plaster. Sewer drain outside bedroom door causes smells. Cockroaches outside apartment, inside property grounds. Furniture was broken when we arrived. Property was not clean when we arrived. Disappointed."

"The location was pretty good with easy access to public transport. The flat was airy and light and had everything we needed including a washing machine. Finding ice cubes and chilled water in the freezer and fridge and a couple of coffee pods by the machine in the kitchenette was a lovely surprise."
