"Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Palermo. If you want to see the historical sites of the city, this hotel is great for that. They have a private garage parking at a cost of 30€ . This is a big plus as it is very difficult to find parking in Palermo and i wouldn't want to leave my car on the street at night . Federika will welcome you and give you great places to.check out . "It's an impressive property: elegant but not obstentatious, with huge rooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. The minute we arrived the staff was extremely courteous and professional. Everyone acts and looks happy to work there. No detail went unnoticed. They gave us a nice desert and card to celebrate our anniversary. "The hotel room was quiet, standard size with pleasant decors and new furnitures. The room and bathroom are very clean. Shower has good hot water supply. The receptionist had already gone home when I arrived there after 6pm. However, I did receive detail instructions & photos in the email how to open/close the front entrance gate, where to pick up the room key etc. I had no problem of checking in to my room. The breakfast food was fresh with good coffee and standard variety. Service was excellent. Will definitely stay there next time. "
