The communication was confusing, and frankly appalling. When got there my documents were demanded by a woman who hardly spoke a word of English, she was just there to let me in and give me the keys. "The property was very clean and tidy, there was ample parking space. Sadly there was a slight mux up with our payment but the hotel promised to remedy this. The morning we left there was no electricity in the area, so no coffee. The receptionist apologised and generously offered us a bottle of wine as we were leaving to compensate. Overall a very good impression."
