Had a wonderful honeymoon, the staff were excellent and super helpful! The several restaurants were delicious! The hotel is lovely, clean, tidy with lots to do and fun entertainment in the evenings, they provide shuttles and day trips for a reasonable price and the spa is a recommended for a relaxing massage! Great hotel, with a great team and great facilities; the food was probably the best that I have had at an all inclusive resort; we will certainly be back and look out for this chain at other locations.

We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to be back! It’s a little inconvenient for transportation but they partner with someone who does transfers to the train station (€10) and a shuttle to Cefalu for €5 per person. The shuttle was fantastic and it was nice to visit Cefalu.

This is a good all inclusive hotel. The food was good and service by food and bar staff were excellent. Reception weren’t overly helpful during stay. This was my first all inclusive and I have nothing to compare it to, but I can compare to hotels in general and I’d say it’s great for families, food and sunshine.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. We will come again and definitely recommend. The hotel is beautiful with fantastic views and rooms were spacious and comfortable bed. Thank you for looking after us

Breakfast was ok but never changed I would not recommend a long stay.Only 4 restaurants were actually open as two are not year round. Actual sea not available to go in due to constant bad and unsafe conditions meaning no water sports as advertised Excursions that are available all have an extra fee to participate in making them overpriced in my eyes. Everything we could do is in cefalu so u pay money and are given time limits to go there I would suggest staying in Cefalu or Palermo
