This is a house of about 75 square meters. located in an excellent area and recommended for relaxation, surrounded by greenery.

The villa has indoor and outdoor areas.

The internal area is precisely designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people 2 + 2 and there is all the equipment to accommodate you in the best way with all the comforts you need, also we inform you that the management is ready to give you all assistance on any problems, information.

The outdoor area instead is designed for relaxation, with a covered veranda is the top to spend most of the days. Externally we provide: barbecue, outdoor shower, outdoor tables and chairs and to finish reserved parking space for up to 2 cars.

The proximity to the beach, makes the structure excellent for any eventuality ... both in the case of small children, both for those who do not want to take the car, and for disabled people. The strong point is precisely the fact of having everything at hand.

Too many hidden extras

Place is ok. But too many aspects that didn’t make it great for us. Linen had to be paid for and was not of great quality. Bath cannot be used which means precarious standing in bath for poor flow shower. No shower screen or partition between shower spray and rest of the room. It seems like a moan, we were comfortable but could have been so much better than it was. I believe the owner should consider spending some money on the place and improving it.

Villa by the sea

Place was very dated and had some deficiencies. Not maintained very well, broken toilet seat . Cabinet doors that do not close properly. Lack of water one morning . Extra charge for electricity was excess..

Estate lungo

Wir waren zu zweit für 12 Tage (September /Oktober) Gäste in dem Häuschen. Strand und Campingplatz nebenan waren so gut wie leer. Das Haus ist sauber, schlicht und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, telefonisch gut zu erreichen und brachte auf Anfrage umgehend Wasserkocher, Bettwäsche und Korkenzieher. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist einfach wunderbar. t wunderbar.

Nous avons aimé la grande terrasse et le parking, la sécurité de la résidence et la proximité de la plage, la pièce à vivre spacieuse. Nous n avons pas aimé la salle de bain et les sanitaires vieillissants. Et nous aurions aimé connaître tous les suppléments lors de la réservation comme le forfait électrique de 42euros. Pour faciliter l arrivée ce serait bien de préciser le numéro de la rue.

Ruhige Lage am Meer

Die Lage des Objektes ist wunderbar. Über einen kleinen Weg erreicht man direkt das Meer. Anfang Oktober werden die Strandbuden schon abgebaut. Am Strand ist nichts los, so dass man seine absolute Ruhe hat. Zum Schwimmen sollte man sich Badeschuhe mitnehmen, weil der Zugang zum Meer sehr steinig und kieselig ist. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist okay, allerdings ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Whirlpool, Badewanne funktioniert nicht. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.

Super Lage Haus Nummer 8 am Meer

Wir sind gegen 22.00 Uhr angekommen. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurde das Tor zum Gelände geöffnet. Der Schlüssel steckte in der Tür von dem Haus. Am nächsten Morgen kam der Vermieter und hat uns alles erklärt. Für 2 Personen ist das Haus sehr groß, alles erdenkliche ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns total entspannt und erholt. Vor allem mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren im Mai da und der Strand war sehr leer.

wundervolle Zeit

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen sicher wieder. Das Haus ist einfach super! Strandnähe ist echt beeindruckend und da ist sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe, das Restaurant vom Besitzer ist hervorragend - ausgezeichnetes essen und gute Preise. Empfehlenswert

Ganz unsere Vorstellung.Schön,sauber,nah am Meer.

Sehr netter,freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Das Meer war noch kalt Anfang Juni, der Wind auch aber man kann schöne Ausflüge machen in der Umgebung und Landschaft und italienische Kultur geniessen.
