"The hotel isn’t in an ideal location for tourists but did have a car park which was needed for our trip. Think the 5* rating is a little generous - would rather 4* more accurate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable room although looking a little tired and could do with some modernisation. Beds/pillows good and quiet room although aircon stays on. Pool area was nice after a day out. Biggest disappointment was breakfast - often needing replenishment although selection was ok. Coffees were slow to come (unless you want filter coffee). We ordered omelets on our first day which took about 20mins to come, covered in cling film and were literally the worst omelets we’ve had - fed back to hotel so hopefully they improve in future. For our 3 nights, the hotel was ok but probably wouldn’t stay again in future."
