That would be a red flag to book and would have booked another hotel. AC Works very badly and had to change room to chase a reasonable AC that would work ok but never really did a reasonable job. "

The lobby is beautifully presented, the restaurant and bar are inviting, and the spa area is exceptionally quiet and rejuvenating, with a gym accessible to all guests. I chose to include breakfast, which turned out to be fabulous. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and was genuinely touched by the hotel’s thoughtful gesture: a delicious chocolate cake, a bottle of their Divai house champagne, and two glasses waiting in my room. This, combined with the consistently friendly and attentive staff, made my stay truly memorable. They absolutely deserve a five‑star rating. "
