"We had a wonderful time at this property. The host Simonetta provided excellent suggestions about things to do in the area that including the best restaurants! Excellent and timely communication! The pool and house were perfect for our family of 13. There is ample space, close to multiple grocery stores and cafes. Don’t miss a morning espresso at Glamour Café. Overall a great experience!"

"The place is spectacularly beautiful and the house is lovely. The pool is not large but is amazing, with finches. during the day and fireflies at night.There was supposed to be a separate suite with a bedroom and bathroom in a different part of the structure, but unfortunately it was unusable because the mildew/musty smell was so overwhelming. So it was effectively a three bedroom, two bathroom property. This was enough for us but if we had had the other suite, we would have used it.One very small pet peeve: I think at this price point it would be nice to have just one roll of paper towels and one bar of bath soap in the house in case guests arrive after grocery stores are closed. Maybe also to have bedding for all the beds instead of just some."

"The house and grounds are lovely, as is the surrounding area. The pool was wonderful, especially since we were there during a heatwave. There is no air conditioning, but there were fans, and opening the windows at night made it easy to sleep. It was an easy walk into the village of Pieve Fosciana which has bakeries, a grocer, a butcher, a gelateria, 2 bars and a nice restaurant. There are also several good supermarkets a short drive away, but it was nice to do local shopping in the village much of the time. The owner Flaviano is a lovely and generous person, as are his parents. He prepared a pizza night for us that was really a feast, with at least 5 different types of pizzas. He also brought us homemade prosecco, fresh baked bread and focaccia during the week. We were a family of 14 adults and 2 babies, so we were split into 4 apartments. Having a property divided into multiple apartments wasn’t ideal for us, but we made the compromise since we liked everything else about the place. There was limited space for all of us to hang out together indoors. Fortunately, outside there is a large covered dining table that we used, and other outside chairs. Also the main group kitchen is actually quite small for more than one or two people to prepare food, and has limited space to store food and other pantry products. But we made it work."

"Wunderschöne Anlage. Man wird gut betreut .Bei uns waren die Spülmaschinen überfordert. Trotz 38 Grad haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, Sonnenschirme am Pool wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag"

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa – the setting is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.Our children especially loved the alpacas, chickens, and tortoises. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, even leaving us a delicious homemade cake on arrival.The nearby villages are quiet but charming and worth visiting. We also took day trips to Florence and Pisa – longer drives, but definitely worth it.Thank you for a fantastic stay!"

"We had such a great time staying there.The house, a typical rustic Italian house, is well located for daytrips to Florence or Pise, and we really enjoyed the private pool and garden, which was ideal for our family and our kids. They could run freely around the house. The pool is fully fenced which was a big plus too.Andrea is lovely and communication with him was really easy."
