"Loved this little “guest house” residence. Everything was terrific with the exception of the mattresses. They were like sleeping on bricks. Hard and uncomfortable. The room design, plugs, bathroom are so well thought out. It was immaculately clean. Perfect for a quick overnight as it’s literally 2 minutes to the airport. There is a minimum cost of 20 Eutos to/from the airport whether you use a can or Uber. "

"EXCELLENT!!! Front desk: Giordana Fato was so kind and gave us precise instructions for going from Santa Lucia Station to the hotel. Always with a smile for helping us. "We didn't receive our room number and code before we arrived. There isn't a lobby area. Fortunately a person was leaving the building and we were able to get in. The cleaning person called and the person she talked to emailed us the correct code. We did arrive before check-in time so maybe we would have received the code if we arrived later. No place to store luggage if you arrive early. Very small bathroom in our room."

"I appreciate they provided info of transportation, attractions and nearby restaurants. 5-minute walk to the bus stop for buses that go directly to Venice island. The bathroom was cleaned everyday. The room was also clean. Comfortable beds. The room was a bit small though, and it's stuffy at night when we had to close the door and window. A hair dryer, a kettle and a fridge for guests to use. Helpful staff."

We had some reservations about having a shared bathroom but we found it to be clean and easy to share with the other guests. "Alina was a wonderful host. She communicated quickly & made getting to the apt easy. She coordinated our pickup to & from the airport.
