The hotel was nice and comfortable. The address in Expedia is incorrect. That issue created a delayed for us to arrive at the hotel. It made it very difficult to find the hotel. The host was available on WhatsApp and provided guidance to find the location of the hotel.

The hotel was located perfectly, it was just behind the main street so it was not loud outside, however it was in a great spot with loads of shops and restaurants surrounding it. everywhere was in a walkable distance including the train station, the rialto bridge, St marks etc. The only issue we faced was the air conditioning was very bad so the room was still boiling

The location is perfect. There’s cafe’s nearby, restaurants, shops and it’s so close to the train station. The stairs you have to take from the train station have a ramp so it’s perfect if you have luggage. Our room/bathroom was a bit on the small size but we didn’t spend too much time in the room since Venice was so amazing 😊 our room also had access to the terrace with the view of the courtyard.

Good Location and clean room. Air conditioning was great as it had a quiet mode. Room itself very basic and no space to put anything anywhere in the bathroom. Room was directly next to the cleaning cupboard so that we got regularly woken up between 6 and 7 in the morning.

Lovely hotel, very clean and spacious room. Check-in was a bit unconventional, but the hotel was very responsive to emails and WhatsApp which made it in the end straight forward. The provided breakfast is nicely presented and absolutely sufficient to start the day. I would definitely stay again.
