expedia上でのやり取りにあまりうまくいかなかった。 whatappsというアプリを通してのコミュニケーションは順調だったが、その説明については見逃していたのかもしれないがもっと強調して欲しい。 また、フロントのドアの開け方がドアノブを押しながらコードを入力するものなど、無人のホテルにしてはスタッフが居てくれればと思う時が多く感じた。 日本人の利用者の方々はsimの関係で現地ではwhatappsの登録が出来ない可能性があるので、ダウンロードと登録を日本で行っておくことをおすすめします。 部屋に関しては、広く、生活でした。立地も少し悪く見えるかもしれませんが、ヴェネツィアなので気づいたら目的地に着いてます。また駅や水上バスのバス停から近いのでキャリーケースの移動が少なく良い点だと思います。 不満という評価について、私はexpedia上のコミュニケーションがうまくいかず、当日になってもコードを受け取れていないという状況でした。現地でホテルに入れないかもしれないという不安感や助けを求めようにもスタッフは居ないし、その代わりの電話やwhatappsもsimの関係で出来ないと八方塞がりのところ、他の宿泊者の助けでなんとかホテル側とコミュニケーションが取れるようになり、ホテルに入ることができました。 また、荷物預かりサービスを利用したのですが、共同スペースにただ置いておくというものでした。またスタップの方にチップとして、10ユーロを請求されました。料金がかかるのであれば知りたかったし、荷物を預けるのにサービス料金ではなくチップという名目であったことにも不信感があります。ただ、翻訳アプリなどを通していたので、こちらのコミュニケーションの問題だった可能性はあります。ただチップとは言っていました。 こういった心労と小さな不信感を含めて不満と言った評価にさせていただきました。 しかし、何事なければ最高評価のホテルとなると思います。

Convenient location for sightseeing in Venice. The hotel is also close to Santa Lucia train station. One good thing is that I can store my luggage in the locked luggage room after checked out while continue to sightseeing around. I get back my luggage in the late afternoon to catch the train to Trieste. There is no receptionist onsite , so you have to communicate with the staff in advance for the code to enter the building and your room.

Sijainti täydellinen lähellä kaikkea ja erittäin siisti huone. Modernia ja ilmastointi kunnossa. Miinuksena äänieristyksen puute, useat portaikot ja vastaanoton puute. Kaikki toimi lopulta mainiosti, mutta majoittaja ei vastannut mihinkään ennakkokyselyihin minkään viestikanavan kautta (yritin ostaa lentokenttäkuljetuksen ja kysyä matkalaukkujen säilytyksestä) mutta soittamalla apua sai paikanpäällä välittömästi. Sisäänkirjautumisen osalta majoituksen tiedot tulivat viestillä vasta 15 min ennen kirjautumista ja silloinkin sisäänpääsy koodia ei tullut. Tämä ratkesi kuitenkin soittamalla ja työntekijä oli kokoajan tavoitettavissa.

Great communication from the hotel sending links to log my personal information and the codes for the main building, luggage room and my room. The room was clean and spacious, the air con was great and the bed comfortable. I struggled to find the luggage room but the staff member who was doing breakfast helped me to find it, she was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Locanda Herion. It’s in a good location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. It’s also in walking distance from all the main attractions.

The Expedia listing mentions on-site parking, which is not true and, in fact, impossible due to Venice's parking regulations. It is a 20-40 minute walk to parking. Otherwise, it's a great location. Our room was nice and clean. Hot water and water pressure was iffy. The housekeeping manager was helpful and friendly. Like some other reviewers, our room access code was not sent, but they responded quickly to WhatsApp messages. They do not respond to emails.

The hotel was located perfectly, it was just behind the main street so it was not loud outside, however it was in a great spot with loads of shops and restaurants surrounding it. everywhere was in a walkable distance including the train station, the rialto bridge, St marks etc. The only issue we faced was the air conditioning was very bad so the room was still boiling

Nao nos enviaram o código para entrar no quarto,só o que dava acesso a propriedade. Quando conseguimos contato via wathsapp do pessoal da recepção ,nos deixou em pé,cansados de uma longa viagem ,um calor insuportável por volta de 30 minutos ate resolver liberar a senha do quarto. Facility is ok, but service not so much.

There is no reception, and if you need any assistance at all, good luck! It took us over 90 minutes to get our code to enter the room. There was no elevator. The shower had no hot water for 3 of our 7 attempts at showers. The room was decent and clean. It was tricky to find, but in a good location, relatively close to the train station. The shower was tiny, with no shelves for soap or shampoo. Nothing fancy, but clean.

Great location not so great property to stay

The property is nice and clean. However no service in the room like kettle or cofee cups etc. Everything in common area. No ceramic bowls or anything to warm food etc. Warm water finishes around 9.30to 10am hence have a bath early or get used to having luke warm or cold shower.
