"Excellent breakfast and great, clean rooms. For the price one pays for the room they should not nickel and dime you amd make you pay 15.00 a day for self parking. The room for one night was over 400.00. Way too expensive but took advantage of spring break and open house at UCSB. "

"The “Terrible”overall rating is due to the manager, M.R. We asked if we could check in 55 min early. M.R. stated that there was a room available but the early check-in fee would be $20.00! What a complete turn off. $20 for a “early” 55 min check-in. If M.R. is a reflection of this hotel’s management / ownership, this may be a place you might want to avoid. However, the rest of the staff, especially the breakfast lady, were marvelous. Maybe they know that they have some making up to do."

"This home was absolutely lovely. Very clean with everything thoughtfully laid out. We enjoyed being by the bike path and hiking. Would love to stay here again! The only suggestion we had for improvement would be to add 2 outdoor chairs to the back patio to sit out in the afternoon sun. "
