Yatak berbattı,çökük ve yay sesinden rahatsız olduk.Temizlik fena değil, odalarda lambaların düğmeleri çalışmıyordu. En önemlisi saçma bir ısıtma sistemi kafasına göre çalışıyor kafasına göre duruyordu,sabah buz gibi bir odaya uyandık... Havlu ve bornozlar yırtıktı ve çok eskiydi.Havuzlarda hijyen iyi değil,duş almadan giriyor insanlar,ayak hijyeni için ilaçlı su bölümlerinde bırakın ilacı su bile yok... Personel ilgisizdi,takip eden yok tüm bunları... Spa bölümünde kadın ve erkek bölümlerinde ayrı havuzlar var. Karma bölümde var. O zaman karma bölüme sadece damlı giriş yapsınlar,kadın gören hanzo gibi içeri giriyor rahatsız edici bir durumdu. Biz eşimle yıldönümu için gittik,restaurant bölümünde açık büfe yemekler bize hitap etmediği için alakart almak istedik. Birer duble rakı istedik... Alkol servisi yok burda diye bir cevap aldık... Özetle 5300 TL para verip keyifsiz bir şekilde geri döndük..

Çalışmayan klima ve konforsuz bir gece.

Otelden çok pansiyon diyebilirim. Barlar sokağında olduğu için saat 1’e kadar gürültülü müzik sesinden uyumak mümkün değil. Kaldığımız odadaki klima bozuktu. Aşırı sıcaklık uyarısı yapılan bu günlerde oldukça konforsuz bir gece geçirdik. Özellikle otel yetkililerini klimanın çalışmadığına ikna edememek üzücüydü. Tekrar tercih eder miyiz? Kesinlikle hayır. Tek iyi noktası temiz olmasıydı.

Oda temizliği yeterli gibiydi ancak havalandırma çok köyüydü. Odaya girer girmez kötü bir kokuyla karşılaştık. Banyoda fan olmadığı için havalandırma hiç yoktu ve bu koku balkon kapısını açık bırakmamıza rağmen geçmedi. Resepsiyon düzenli ve ilgiliydi. Restorant katında çalışanlar ise çok kaba ve ciddiyetten uzaktı.

sono dell'idea che in un albergo non si dovrebbe fumare o per lo meno creare un spazio fumatori . io ero con dei Bambini e si sentiva l'odore della sigaretta ovunque . la gente che fuma nei corridoi non era il massimo. a parte questo e andato tutto bene .
