"Great place for our family to stay. Everything was as advertised plus there were lots of those little details in place that many VRBO homes overlook but that make the stay more pleasant (tissue boxes, easy to adjust thermostat, board games, plenty of dishes for the number of people allowed to stay, big enough pots to actually cook in). We would stay here again."

"Unfortunately, it took me 2 hours to get to the property. The address was wrong on Expedia so I FINALLY arrived in the dark. There was a person trying to help me get there but when I did. I was alone and lost and it was dusk. I went to the tent. It was lovely but my zippers didn't go all the way down. That night the winds were 27mph and the snow was due to come shortly and the temperature was due to drop dramatically. The other problem was I was a single woman and there was NO WAY to lock the tent from the inside and if I had to use the restroom during the night...I would have been wandering from my tent to the restroom alone in the dark. I didn't feel safe. I am sure it would have been a lovely experience if the circumstances had been better. I left. I drove to a motel in the dark with driving snow coming down. The next morning I woke up in my room and the weather said it felt like 4 degrees. I would have frozen. If you are not alone...give it a try. But it didn't work for me. Unfortunately."

"Its glamping, but very basic. The bed is comfy and its nice to have clean showers and flushing toilets. The hot water didn't work at first but that was fixed. Our biggest let down was not having a place to relax outside. There are about 4-5 picnic tables and fire pits to share between 22+ tents. We would have appreciated a couple of lounge chairs right outside of our tent to chill after long days of hiking. Instead we felt we.had to stay out doing activities until bed time. For us it wasn't ideal. It's fine as long as you're okay with that."

"The upstairs apartment home is roomie and is situated between Escalante and Bryce national Park. We were in a location to see much of the whole area. The upstairs apartment is nothing fancy, but met our needs perfectly."
