"Quiet and very clean"

"The hotel was right next to the cruise port. Pan Pacific offered luggage transport to the cruise ship for a gratuity, we were surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite: dining table six chairs, huge bathroom with large jetted tub, rain shower and separate area with toilet and bidet. There was also a half bath, sitting area and office space "

"This is a very nice place to stay. Only minutes from YYC. The restaurant connected to the Hotel is very nice as well. I've stayed here more than once because like i said... Very nice!"

"I wish when I arrived I would’ve been able to stay at the property earlier, but you were all booked and I’m glad I got to spend my last two days with you. I loved my room. It was amazing just to see the waterfalls outside the window off the balcony, and it was so much easier for me to walk around the corner than having to drive when I stay on the other side my next vacation will be with You again I’m hoping to come back less than a month from now and we will be coming to stay there for sure. "Toronto won me over! Oh Canada Cambridge Suites is your jam. Hockey Hall, CN Tower and my first Blue Jays game were easy walks. Room was spectacular with simple parking off Richmond Street. Muffins in morning had Mikey happy too! Highly recommended "

"Me: "Where would you prefer to live? [our home city] or Vancouver?" My 4 year old: "I prefer to live in... this hotel!" We had a blast at the River Rock hotel during May long weekend. Our little one loved the swimming pool, and we had the bonus of having a room right above the SkyTrain and in the flight path of planes taking off from YVR... built-in free entertainment! Really close to places we like to visit in Richmond too... restaurants, shopping, Richmond Night Market. Plus easy access to the highway to go into the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. Check-in/out was easy too. My only criticism is the layout of the resort meant a bit of a long walk each day to get to the parking lot (across the street and then on the other side of the resort), and the swimming pool was tricky to find. Signage could be clearer. Also the elevators in the parking lot were broken, along with some of the elevators in the resort itself. "
