"Clean place, great staff, fun pub."

"The shuttle from the parking lot was quick and efficient. Check in was easy and friendly. Going up the stairs to our room on the top floor was a little concerning. It seemed old and in need of cleaning and paint. Opened the door with an old key lock into a well done, clean large room, with a rustic vibe. Sat out on the deck and watch the light change as the sun set. A magical experience. Most memorable hotel stay of my life."

"Michael was very helpful and polite."

"Wonderful stay! Great rooms and awesome hot tub."

"Me encanto la habitación donde nos quedamos. El descanso fue de lo mejor, sin bulla a pesar que el hotel estaba lleno. Una buena ducha, buenas camas. Definitivamente lo recomiendo"

"This hotel was in a great location. It’s spread out over several buildings. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Proximity to Lake LouIse was great."

"Beautiful place and friendly staff!"

"I think we saw online that there was laundry. There is not. We loved the fire pits outside (communal- met 2 lovely families) and wood fire place inside. Nice touches of providing wood and cozy outdoor lap blankets."

"The hot tub, pool, sauna & steam room were excellent amenities after a long day of travel."

"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel's restaurant. The staff member I dealt with was rude and spoke to me disrespectfully. Good customer service and polite communication are important, but unfortunately, that was missing during my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff customer service."

"Great place with easy walk to downtown or use Roam bus . Great cave pool, rooms nice and big a little dark though but gives you feel of being cosy. Service from staff amazing, they all go above and beyond in reservations/front desk especially. Loved our stay"

"Beautiful location!!!"
