"We had a kitchenette suite, which was a big plus for our family. The cleaning staff seemed to do a good job. While hotel construction/renovations were still underway, the large and bright new lobby/restaurant area had just opened and was a great spot to take a break and enjoy a quick snack. No complaints, would stay here again."

"It has a restaurant, a pub, and history. The room was clean, comfy, and quaint. The front desk person was helpful and friendly. The location is in the heart of Jasper. Yes to mountain views! Bar fridge and espresso machine, and more. It was affordable and I will stay there again."

"Lovely property in a beautiful setting. Cost a little high considering the season with no included amenities. Hot tub not working but still charged a “resort fee”. Nice restaurant on site, but felt pretentious for the setting. All upscale food items and I am always turned off when first thing you are asked is “sparkling, still or TAP water”. Ordered a dirty martini….they had no olive juice, odd for a bar. Should have gone into town for dinner, probably would have enjoyed the more local vibe. Stay there but be aware of the upscale vibe to eat."
