The staff was rude. It was basically a help yourself self serve no assistance. The room was outdated. The windows weren’t clean so you couldn’t see the view. The sheets were paper thin the only positive was that it was family oriented. The kids had fun.

Staff is excellent!!! 3 beautiful pools, unfortunately they force all guest into one heated pool. The other two are like taking the polar plunge!!!!! Absolute ice!!!! Mattress could be better & pillows for King size bed are small. Need to update the par 3 golf area.

Not as advertised, the website shows refurbished clean rooms. This isn’t what you always get! Beware they have dated dirty rooms too. Our bathroom was disgusting to the point they ordered two full cleans to get it close to an acceptable standard. We have stayed here many times over the last 7 years ...
