"Appartement très sympa, avec un salon de très bon volume pour le salon et 1 chambre (la 2eme est plus petite et j'aurais préféré des lits superposés qu'un clic-clac).Les matelas sont correct mais quelques oreillers sont à changer.Et l'appartement est plutôt propre en général sauf certains détails (joints de la douche jaunis et beaucoup de poussière dans le ventilateur du salon)"

"Clean interior but balcony in need of attention. No documentation as to how things workd or location of rubish disposal etc. Also, no drain plug in kitchen sink and I was unable to get the TV to work. Underground car-park had a steep ramp requiring a reverse exit, to avoid damage to the front spoiler on my Mercedes B class. Location was within a 25 minute walk of the centre, conveniently above a supermarket but not in a particularly salubrious area."

The host in spite of not providing evidence of damaged item will still remove a substantial sum from deposit! complaint to VRBO awaiting their assistance in resolving this issue.
