"Staff got an average rating due to 2 conflicting ratings. The front desk check in and receptionist was excellent. In contrast the restaurant staff was quite poor. There was no one in the restaurant and when we sat down and started to order food, we were told we were not in the restaurant seating and had to move 15 feet over to a different table in a large empty room to qualify to order dinner. "The hotel is located in a very noisy area. In addition, there was graffiti at the entrance and a pack of people hanging out across the street partying in the middle of the day. I did not feel safe at all despite assurances from the staff (who were friendly and helpful). I was even going to change my train ticket to leave later in the day so I wouldn’t have to leave the hotel in the dark but alas all trains were fully booked. The bathroom had a shower but no shower curtain or glass partition....

"Great location, however we were somewhat disappointed to find our Comfort room was smaller than our son's standard room. The shower was amazing and the bed comfortable. Nice touch to have free mini bar with water, juice etc. Was difficult getting our cases up spiral staircase to the third floor. "

"Fabulous location, close to train station and may cafes and restaurants. Super friendly staff. Our room had an odd layout - the toilet was in a small room, separate from the shower and sink. Overall would highly recommend this place. "
