"J'ai effectué une réservation quelques jours avant mon séjour sur Toulouse et le soir en arrivant j'ai constaté que l'hôtel était fermé. Je me suis retrouvé à errer dans la ville à minuit, ai pu finalement contacter la plateforme de réservation qui m'a confirmé qu'effectivement l'hôtel était fermé , merci de l'info après avoir eu la confirmation de la commande le retrait su paiement etc... on m'a après divers tergiversation mis en rapport avec un service en ligne soit disant aux états unis pour...
