"We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave."

"My husband, daughter and I were heading to Sylvan Beach for a surprise birthday party for his grandma and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property."

"All online pictures were a lie, completely edited. Pulled up into a not so nice neighborhood, which was not safe what so ever. Especially if a family with kids show up. Drug deals, cops, gun fires. Complete filth, roach in the tub. Stayed 15 minutes, packed up the car and left. Would expect a free refund, but they scammed the system.
