"The location was perfect to explore Old Montreal on foot! It’s a little tricky finding temporary parking to unload the vehicle, but we didn’t have to go too far beyond the property for this. The door was a little sticky, so patience and strength was required to access the room a few times. David was very responsive to any inquiries we had! We would definitely stay again!"

"Great stay at this cottage. The hosts had provided everything you might need and the amenities were above expectations. The location was close to beaches, the spa and the setting very pretty with water view. Definitely will be returning."

"A very thoughtful host for air B&B. All basic needs are there and more! Would love to be back someday!"

"We loved our one night stay, was everything we needed. A simple but sweet three room place, kitchen/living, bedroom & bathroom. Very clean, mini-split AC worked great, bathroom has a tub shower that worked as expected. Didn’t use the cooking facilities but all looked in good shape and there’s plenty of dishes and cutlery etc. Only thing we would change is some better signage or directions, had a bit of a tricky time finding the room place on our first try! It’s the cottage just next to the...

"L’appartement était propre, il me manquait quelques petites choses mais j’ai communiqué avec eux et ils sont venus immédiatement. Par contre j’ai eu froid nous étions en septembre .. pas de Chauffage c’était vraiment pas chaud la nuit .. j’ai bien aimé le petit terrain aussi les enfants pouvaient jouer dehors et nous faire un petit feu"

"Close to everything in Stanhope Brackley Beach and Charlottetown"

"Great location if you plan on going everywhere in PEI. Just far enough out of town to feel like an escape. Location was beautiful and property was very well kept."

"Was close to amenities and a nice quiet location"

"Loved the peacefulness of the area, only a few cabins so was very quiet, nice having a drink under in gazebo at dusk. Great location, convenience store not far up the road, comfortable space. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"The cottage was clean and spacious with all the comforts. Great location! The groundskeeper stopped by a few times to check on us. The only issue was he was trying to grow grass next to our parking space and would leave the hose on for hours which caused the entire side yard to flood and get muddy. The bath tub backed up with mud which I believe was related to the flooding."

"Cottage was clean and ready for us when we checked in. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Great spot for a family."

"There is absolutely no privacy in the bedrooms and or bathroom, the doors are homemade and don’t really latch… or close."
