We stayed here before, and it's still a great property two years later. Everything is within walking distance, set in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are lovely, and the breakfast is delicious.

Great location within walking distance of all downtown and waterfront. Clean, comfortable rooms. Fairly quiet, but the suite above us was noisy one morning. This place is an old house, so that's the reason. Recommend a top floor suite. Breakfast was good, but the coffee was not. We would still recommend this place to friends.

This was such an adorable B&B! Both my husband and I loved staying here! It’s so beautiful on the outside and inside. It was very quiet inside, we never heard anybody being loud or noisy. Breakfast was good! With my husband having Celiac and allergic to milk and me sensitive to both, they were still able to cater to us! The location was perfect too, in such close walking distance to everything; we could just keep our rental car parked there and walk around the town and to the harbor. Super nice seeing as you have to pay for parking everywhere you go and it gets pricey! The staff were friendly and helpful and every evening when we’d return from our adventures, our bed was made up again and new towels/tissue restocked. Super impressed, I’m telling everyone I know to stay here when they visit Charlottetown!

The property was nice and the room was comfortable but the breakfast was rather disappointing compared to how it was depicted on the website. I was looking forward to ordering the Eggs Benedict but nothing mentioned online was available to order. I'm not sure if it was because it is off season but the website should specify that.
