Just a one night stay.Staff super nice. Room was very clean, comfortable and well located. Pool looked very inviting, but we didn’t get a chance to try it. Carpet was a little worn near front door - that is the only fault I could find.

Great clean quiet hotel in a good location in Queanbeyan. Main shopping strip with some cafes and restuarants is around 10 minutes easy walk from the hotel. Located close to the local Aldi, K-mart, Woollies and Coles. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. I stayed on the top floor and was pleased to find a small lift available which made it much easier to take my bags up to the room and back down at check-in and check-out. My one small gripe is the lack of ability to connect my laptop to the TV screen in the room. It's locked down to a service delivered through I think Foxtel. It does offer theoption to cast from a laptop, tablet or mobile phone but I couldn't get this to work - aside from that very minor issue, I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean but old and and in need of refurbishment. Shower fittings were partly disconnected from the wall and it is obvious that this has been like this for some time. Staff were friendly. Overall the experience was passable but I would not say that the rooms were worth the asking price.

Friendly staff, well priced. Room was a bit cold but we brought extra blankets. We arrived around five. Turned heater on and went for Vietnamese in Dixon. Came home round half eight and room was just warming up by then. Overall will stay again for sure.

Booked in knowing that we were going to arrive late, so looking for somewhere that had late opening hours for reception - it closed 2 hours earlier than advertised ! We were contacted by the hotel and organised after hours check-in, however there was no milk left for tea/coffee, the tv was unable to be changed from the channel it was on, and I’m still undecided as to whether the air con was working properly…all things that could have been remedied if reception was open as advertised ! Otherwise it was clean and comfortable and car parking was available right outside the door of your room

If you’re looking for service, don’t bother. Not maintained at all well. No toaster, plates, bowls etc. in the rooms. Tiny refrigerator. No sheet between doona and person sleeping. Only on top of doona. No smoke detector in room, not enough glasses. Cups not cleaned every day. Unfriendly reception when asking about toaster etc. Told not to be expected in standard room. Tea and coffee not replaced between days if staying longer than one night. Very disappointed.

It was fine. I thought a little bit pricy for the price of the room. We paid $280.14 sat night for two adults, one teen - accomm plus breakfast. It was clean, bed comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Parking at the door of room. Local Queanbeyan sun morning markets were great.
