There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Included amenities are dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, heating & cooling, patio, TV & wi-fi. There is an excellent cafe right next door and a playground nearby. You can also enjoy walks around the lake.

Upstairs is the Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite, overlooking the water. The second bedroom has a queen bed with the main bathroom next to it. On the mid-level is the open plan kitchen and living area and the laundry. The patio is off the living area and also has views across the lake.

Guests have exclusive use of the property.

Please note there are stairs from the front door up to the main level, as well as stairs up to the bedrooms.

There is one dedicated underground car space. Street parking is available but can be limited.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released two days after checkout.
