BEDROOM: All 3 bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed for your stay. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The main bedroom has an ensuite while the other two rooms share another detached bathroom. I will provide complimentary towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking basic meals and the open-planned living makes it an enjoyable experience. The kitchen has the following amenities: - fridge/freezer - microwave - stovetop/oven - dishwasher - plates, glasses, and utensils - cooking pots and pans
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account.
Note: There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms. :) The blinds are very sophisticated, kindly operate gently.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use.
PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There is also a paid street parking on Torrens Street. Additional paid parking garage on Girrawheen Street.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

This is a perfect location for Canberra with the main shopping centre, great food and boutique stores within walking distance!
This apartment has one secure parking spot available for use, this is free for guests. There is some free and short-term paid street parking in the area.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
NOTE: The dishwasher is working well. Sometimes, the compartment doesn`t open automatically so my advice is to use a dish tablet, not a detergent and put it in the compartment or throw it directly into the dishwasher, it doesn`t matter at all.
We don`t provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.
Parking space: Please do not impede the car space next to the allocated parking space as this is a neighbours parking space. 1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don`t have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

Very conveniently located alongside (next block) to Lonsdale St eateries and walking distance to Canberra Centre. Had a great stay and would recommend it for families
Very clean and tidy apartment with all the amenities we needed. Also a great location. Walking distance to many nice restaurants and eateries. We had a wonderful stay in Canberra.
Overall, the stay was quite good: beautiful location, nice property, and amenities. Impressed by organization of hosts in coordinating and providing instructions for check-in, house rules, and check-out. Two suggestions for improvement. 1) cleaning services between guest stays could be better. 2) Have a second key fob available for guests to use. Otherwise, it was a very good experience.
