Key pick-up is offsite, about a 2 minute drive away (or 8 minute walk) down the street from the apartment. At checkout, the key will need to be returned to the same spot. Instructions will be provided prior to check-in.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
