Rooms are large & spacious but are not routinely checked by maintenance or staff. I booked a spa room in which we couldn’t use because caps were missing & had exposed metal. We were moved to another room but 2 of the jets in that room did not work. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Bathrooms are dated, made it hard for my mobility impaired partner to use shower as it’s an all-in-one (shower/bath) and he had to climb over top of bath to stand in it whilst showering. There is no step to help access the shower. Room was clean.

The bathroom needed a better clean particularly in the corners as there was a build up of ???. The staff were courteous. The room was neat. The beds were very comfortable. Suggest some information be in the room regarding places to eat, access to the internet etc. Overall we were happy. We were automatically upgraded which was a nice surprise. We would stay there again.
