Love this hotel. Just wish the beds were comfier. Hotel seems so fancy compared to other vibes, but the beds seem so cheap. I stay here often and every time I go to the bed I am disappointed.

Great room and location for a great price! On site parking was well priced. Room was neat and clean and we had a delicious meal from room service! Room would not be good if you’re not wanting to see each other in the bathroom as very open. Would definitely stay again.

On a cold Canberra evening it was lovely to sit by the fireplace, with a glass of wine and a cheese platter. I always stay here whenever I travel to Canberra. It’s always clean, comfy and a short walk from the airport if you’re flying in. Hands down the best value hotel in Canberra.

It’s a convenient hotel - walking distance from the airport. Some issues with Expedia booking but quickly resolved by staff. Food and drinks selection ok. Rooms starting to feel tired. No milk for coffee - again resolved but such a small thing to get right. No moisturiser left in the pump pack and not quite enough conditioner to properly wash hair - frustrating as I love the O&M products they use. Will I stay again? Sure, but only because it’s close to the airport.

The room was good, although set up for the king bed with a sofa bed which we didn’t need. The bathroom was great and the hotel facilities good too. Buffet breakfast was average, unfortunately quite a few people coughing but this isn’t on the hotel. The only negative feedback for the hotel was the sheets and towels were stiff like sandpaper, the toilet paper and tissues similar and almost see through. The pillow for the sofa bed we didn’t use felt like a rectangular rock.
