Apt T3 with garage, street of the port, Cancale, 50 m sea and harbor of Houle

The apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is located at the bottom of the port street with a side view of the sea, 50 meters from it, and about 100 m from the footpath.
Our T3 of 57 m2 renovated (May 2019) is classified 3 stars, it is located on the first floor of a small co-ownership of four units. Very bright, it includes:
- a living room with: a large three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo,
- a kitchen open to living room:
a large table with 6 chairs, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker nespresso, coffee filter, kettle, toaster.
- a shower room with a large shower
- a separate toilet
- a washing machine
- a bedroom: a double bed and a large sliding closet
- a second bedroom: a trundle bed (which allows to have a bed for two people or an extra bed), a single bed and a large sliding closet.
The bedding of our rooms is new.
We provide a free high chair, a folding child's bed.
Our apartment also has a garage available.
Pets not allowed and non smoking apartment.
Possibility to rent the bed linen: 10 € per single bed and 15 € for the double bed.
Cleaning option: 50 €.
A deposit check of 500 € will be requested upon arrival.

Le logement est extrêmement bien équipé et la situation dansCancale est exceptionnel. Le gros plus, la place de parking ! Vous pouvez profitez aussi bien de Cancale et des environs et aussi se Saint Malo (15 min) et même de pousser jusqu’au Mont St Michel (50 min). Bref, un super séjour avec un super accueil Merci et on espère y revenir 😊

Magnifique appartement bien situé
Nous avons passé 5 jours à Cancale et avons pu profiter du confort de ce bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de soin et très fonctionnel. Le garage est un vrai plus dans cette ville où les places de parking sont prises d’assaut. Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil du propriétaire et les conseils prodigués pour passer un bon séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse
