My vacation home in Cancale As soon as you step through the front door, you will feel at home at La P'tite Cancalaise. On the ground floor, three beautiful rooms are harmoniously arranged. The kitchen, with its warm blue and white tones, invites you to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Spacious and independent, it is fully equipped and has direct access to the garden. The living room meets all the requirements of coziness: natural tones combined with wooden furniture and comfortable sofas. After a day of sightseeing or beach activities, you'll want nothing more than to settle in here. In winter, you can enjoy a pleasant fire in the large fireplace (fire possible between 1st november till 31 march - wood not provided). The dining room is equally charming with its blue and white decor, reminiscent of the seaside atmosphere. With its long wooden table and benches, it's the perfect place to share your meals. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms, all equipped with storage space. One of them has a 160x200 bed and a television. Adjacent to this room, a smaller room can accommodate 1 or 2 beds measuring 90x140, ideal for children. The third bedroom has a 140x190 bed, and the last one has 2 beds measuring 90x190. You'll also have a large bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and toilet. Another independent toilet is located on the ground floor. Vacation rental in Brittany La P'tite Cancalaise enjoys a beautiful exterior of approximately 700 m² facing south. The charming wooded garden is fully fenced, away from prying eyes. Garden furniture and deck chairs await you! Please note: The house is semi-detached, but without vis-à-vis, with a very intimate garden. The shops in the city center and the supermarket are 1 kilometer away. Parking for 4 cars is available outside in front of the house, on the garden side. Bed linen is optional for stays of 13 nights or less: €18 per person (the linen kit includes bed linen and one large and one small towel per person). For stays of 14 nights or more, linen is included in the rental (excluding dish towels).
