Lorsque nous sommes arrivées devant l'appartement, personne n'était là pour nous accueillir. Nous avons appelé plusieurs fois au numero indiqué, les voisins sont même venu nous aider... Mais sans succès. Nous avons cherché un autre établissement alors que celui ci était deja payé..

I arrived and the property manager had someone sit in that did not speak English but I had my translator device with me and this helped a great deal. The next day the owner came to me and said sorry but she had something that came up with short notice. All worked out great and I actually gained a new friend. There was nothing that I really did not like. Had a great time and will come back to this location and apartment service again.

Departamento céntrico y confortable

El departamento esta equipado con electrodomesticos y refrigerador que permite preparar alimentos. Mi estancia en familia fue muy agradable, en un lugar cercano a walmart, sams, y transporte para llegar a la playa en 10 minutos. La Señora Alicia muy amable y atenta.

Deceptive & Unreliable Hotel

It was a very bad experience after having travelled halfway around the world and being ripped off by the pirate taxi drivers controlling the airport at Cancun. Huge prices ($65) demanded for very short trip of 15 min max. They called hotel before departing airport and we informed that since we had not arrived by 6 p.m. room had been given away and we would have to stay elsewhere. We paid good money to stay at this place not some small villa turned into a hotel. More thievery!

Nice place, central to everything

Alicia, the host was amazing. She made sure to give us all her contact information and meeting her for check-in and check-out was a a breeze. She was always available for questions and very kind. Place was in a central area close to everything, parking is a little challenging (especially because we went around Christmas), but even the neighbors will help you out. Food, walmart, transportation, everything is close and super safe. And you get the advantage of really seeing what Cancun is about.

First And LAST TIME staying here

When I took a cab to the address of the hotel on Expedia it dropped us off at a wrong place thank god the cab driver called the number and sooo to her to direct us. the house looks old and raggedy ok the outside in a alley way it's no way u gonna find it or wanna stay there when u do So when I first arrived to the hotel around 5:30 ( check in is at 3) the room wasn't even cleaned she was cleaning it when I got there and had her daughter there with her drawing on the couch with markers.. so me and my friends left and came back because we went to the Walmart close by to buy sheets towels and new pillow cases because the ones there didn't look so clean .. it looked like she was rushing and just put the same previous ones on. the first day we saw her I asked for the exact address and a number I could reach her by . She gave me a incorrect number and never answered the hotel number that's on Expedia so I was never able to get in contact with her .... the first 2 days we had no wifi .. after the FIRST DAY we didn't have no water at all... when we first got there the stove didn't work she gave us a lighter to help turn it on and it only worked that ONE TIME never again after that .. she gave us one roll of toilet tissue and never brought anymore down but she would always come in the room when we wasn't there .. we didn't have no broom or mop... one morning some guy came in our apartment yelling out ALICIA ! And I had to yell at him to leave idk how he even got in .. we had lizzards

Cancun Central Apartment

Alice was extremely friendly and nice. My flight came in at 10:30 PM so I didn't make it to the apartment until around 11:30 Pm. She spoke with the taxi driver, gave him detailed directions and met me outside to greet me and show me the place. The apartment is close to the bus station & within walking distance to Walmart. The kitchen worked out really nicely and saved me a ton of money on eating out. The Wifi was great & I was able to stream movies easily.

Filed Dispute for my credit card

No contact information given before check in date. Paid weeks before. I made several attempts to contact listing for phone number etc. no response. On day of check in went several times to location...no one to meet us. Next morning received email that was sent at 8:14 pm on check in day...gave phone number that was missing a digit. I responded with my phone number. I am afraid that this was a scam to begin with. Scary for someone form States going to Mexico thinking that they have a place to stay....only to find they don't.

Wenn man es gefunden hat wunderbar

Es ist etwas schwierig das Appartement zu finden, aber man sollte wirklich dem Navi glauben und in die schmalen Straßen fahren :-). Das Appartement ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Internet funktioniert gut und die Besitzerin wohnt direkt neben an und hilft gerne auch mit Tipps in der Umgebung.

Really good apartment!

Alicia was very friendly and helpful! The place was incredible, really clean and exactly like the pictures shown. We loved our night there and wished that we could have stayed there throughout our cancun trip.
